Matteo has over 20 years of expertise and deep connections amongst global banks executives, startups and investors. One of the most recognised faces in FinTechglobally with plenty of accolades; Matteo is Italian by birth, but its truly a global executive, conducting business in Italian, English, French and Spanish. He holds an University degree in Computer Science (University of Genova) and a Post graduate in Financial Transactions (Solvay Business School). Matteo spent 13 years as a key executive of SWIFT, Where he held various positions from sales to global account management. In 2007, he founded swiftcommunity.net. This was built on top of the experience accumulated from designing italiansonline.net, the world largest Italian expat portal that came to life in 2003, way before Facebook was born, In 2008, he Co- Founded Innotribe, the innovation arm of SWIFT. This is where Matteo launched the Innotribe Startup Challenge, the first global challenge for FinTechentrepreneurs, as well as the Enablers group, a cross industry group mentoring Innotribe and SWIFT on strategy and financial trends. Matteo was also an investor andPartner in SBT Venture Capital( 2013-15) one of the first funds (100m USD) solely dedicated to FinTech investment (Series A). In 2015, Matteo created and Co-founded www.FinTechStage.com, a platform for Investors, Innovators and start-ups to foster FinTech innovation globally.
Alexander Resch became the new Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Management Board of VÚB Bank on 1 October 2013 returning from Albania where he managed Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania from September 2012. Alexander Resch has worked for Intesa Sanpaolo Group throughout his entire career. Before becoming Chief Executive Officer of VÚB Bank, he also held the position of Member of the Management Board and Chief Risk Officer of the Bank in the period from 2008 to 2012. Mr Resch firstly arrived to Slovakia in 2004 to coordinate the acquisition of the TatraCredit Group by VÚB Bank, which was subsequently transformed into Consumer Finance Holding, VÚB’s sales finance subsidiary. Alexander Resch studied economics at Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and he also holds a double Executive MBA degree of University of Minnesota-Carlson School of Management and Vienna University of Economics and Business.

Natalia Kristinova took the position of Director of Multichannel department 1st of March 2018. Ms Kristinova joined VUB Banka in 2016 at the position of Head of Sub-department Customer Interaction. Ms.Kristinova has over 15 years of experience in Finance, IT, Telco and FinTech within international companies: Diebold Nixdorf, Telefonica Digital and First Data in London, the United Kingdom.
Responsible for the strategy definition and managing business development and maintenance of Bank’s Multichannel solutions, she has managed a number of projects within the bank including launch of the mobile banking. She has been involved as a jury member and mentor in a number of events within Albania promoting young entrepreneurs. Having over 15 years of experience in the banking industry, Xhilda strongly believes that the best results comes from cooperation, will and ability to embrace & drive change and surely the positive attitude.
Zorana Brankovic is Head of Multichannel in Banca Intesa Belgrade, leading bank on Serbian market. She has over 14 years of expirience in digital banking and is one of the pineers of e-banking in Serbia. Spent first 12 years of banking expirience in IT and during that time successfully led numerous projects in digital banking area. She introduced first Mobile banking app on Serbian market in 2010 and first Digital wallet in 2016. She has strong IT bankground and wide bussiness knowledge. She is also a member of e-government associsation and works actively with other professionals from banking and corporate world on digitalization of Serbia.
